Furthermore, the amount due will have to be revised as additional costs will have arisen due to the failed debiting of your account.

If the course fee cannot be booked from your account, the University Sports Center reserves the right to use your name and address to assert a claim for payment. Furthermore, by choosing to pay by electronic direct debit, you consent to your data being recorded on a list of blocked accounts in the event that you fail to pay the course fee. You will be removed from this list as soon as the University Sports Center has received the outstanding payments for the course fee and the additional bank fees (currently between 5.11 euros and 10.11 euros). Additional bank fees that occur in the event of failed payment will be automatically added to the outstanding sum. You reserve the right to prove that the University Sports Center did not incur any losses or incurred considerably lower losses due to the delay in paying the course fee.

Course fees are offered in four different price categories. Those wishing to participate in a University Sports Center course are charged according to which category they belong to. Please see Section II of our Terms and Conditions for more information.
